Far in the Bacon

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

-150 gr of flour
-2 eggs
-1/4 liter of milk
-100 gr of bacon
-1 onion
-salt

-pepper

salt and pepper

To put the flour in a bowl. To make a well and to add to it eggs, salt and pepper .To add the milk bit by bit until the obtaining of a smooth dough.To cut the onion and the bacon in strap and to incorporate it into the dough.
To pour the dough into a widely buttered mould.
To strew with knobs of butter.

To put in the oven

Oven 200 ° / 45mn.

The far must be gilded(bronzed) strongly but not burn.
