Hoky's nets in the Curry

 

 

Ingredients:

-1 shallot
-1/2 glass of white wine
-1 glass of water
-4 Hoky's nets
-1 teaspoon of curry
-20 cl of fresh cream
-parsley
-salt
-pepper

 

Fish

To cook the nets of hoky in the microphone wave (or in the court-bouillon).

The wine, the water, the salt and the pepper .Let to simmer 10 mn.
Then to put the curry and thefresh cream and the parsley and to leave on slow fire
During another 10 mn without letting boil.

To serve, to arrange nets in a flat and to spray with sauce in the curry.
