Fricassé of Chicken

 

 

 

Ingredients:

-2cuisses of chicken
-2 whites
-2 shallots
-cornstarch
-1/2 glass of white wine
-salt
-Pepper
-parsley

 

 

Thighs of chicken

 

Gild the fragments of chicken in some butter.
To add shallots, cast anchor with the white wine.
To salt, to pepper and to bind with the cornstarch to obtain a smooth sauce.
