Rabbit in the cream

 

 

Ingredients:

-1/2 rabbit
-1 small box of mushrooms of Paris
-1 onion
-1 brick of fresh cream
-1 Armagnac's teaspoon
-salt
-Pepper

 

 

Rabbit

 

Return the fragments of rabbit in the butter.
When they are gold-coloured, to put in the place the onion to be bleached with mushrooms and one 1/2 glass of water.
To put back the rabbit, to salt, to pepper and let simmer30 min.

Later 30 min, to add the fresh cream and Armagnac.
