Hake in blanquette






-4 slices(edges) of hake
-50 gr of leeks
-50 gr of carrots
-1 onion
-1/2 glass of white wine
-1 glass of water
-15 cl of fresh cream




Return onions in a little oil and add leeks and
carrots cut in slices. To put the water and the wine. To salt. To pepper and to wear
in boiling.
To reduce the fire and to incorporate the fresh cream.
To put the steaks of fish.
Let simmer 30mn on the way back (without it breaking) the fish in the middle - cooking.

To serve, to strew with chopped parsley.
