Ingredients:
-2 thighs of chicken
-2 onions
-1 garlic
-1 teaspoon of cornstarch
-1 teaspoon of water
-1 pinched with spices of Provence
-1 teaspoon of juice of lemon
-25 gr of butter
-parsley
-salt
-pepper

To put thighs in a
glass pot. To cover and to cook
in the oven hanging microwave 7 mn
(oven max.).
To turn thighs and to cook still 7 mn.
To reserve.
To slice thinly the onion and the garlic. To put them in another
pot with spices.To cook 4 mn.
To add the water and the butter and to cook until the butter is
melted.
To mix and to add the cornstarch, the lemon and the chicken.
To cook 2 mn.
To salt and to pepper.
To cook 2 mn.
Let rest 5 mn before serving.
