-rests of cold Leg of lamb
-1 onion
-100 gr of lardons
-500 gr of small peas (frozen or limp with it)



To cut the rest of the leg of lamb in small fragments.
Return lardons in the oil, add to it the onion and leave slowly
To cook.
Later 10mn, to add the small peas and the meat. To salt and to pepper.
Simmer during 30mn.
