-2 pods of garlic
-1/4 of green pepper
-1 box of concentrated
Gild the "sauté" in a pot in the

To cook 15 mn.
In a mug, to dilute the tomato puree with some water. To salt and to pepper.
To add to courgettes.
To put back the meat . To mix.
