Ingredients:
-3 leeks
-25 cl of fresh cream
-3 eggs
-1 puff paste
-1 CS of milk
-salt
-pepper
-nutmeg
-butter

Return leeks cut in fragments in the butter.
To beat eggs with the fresh cream. to salt, to pepper and to put
a few nuts of nutmeg.
To add leeks to eggs.
To spread the puff paste in a flat with tart and to pour this preparation.
To strew with knobs of butter.
