Ingredients:
-500 gr of ox(beef) (a piece which can cook for a long time)
-1 glass of white wine
-1 onion
-green olives
-1 glass of water
-1/2 c of cornstarch in 1 glass of cold water
-100 gr of stip of bacon

Gild ox(beef) on all its faces in the butter.
Then return stip of bacon with the onion.
Cast anchor with the white wine and the water .
To mix with the cornstarch to obtain a sauce
Not too much thick .To salt, to pepper
and to put back the fragments of meat.
To add olives.
And let simmer.....
