Ingredients:
-1 duck cut in fragments
-butter
-2 shallots
-salt
-pepper
-olives

Return the fragments of duck in the oil.
To take out them as soon as they are gold-coloured.
In the same oil, bleach shallots .To
put back the duck and to pour
2 glasses of white wine. To salt, to pepper and let
to cook 1 hour
To add olives at the end of one hour and let still simmer 30mn.
