-4 thighs
-1 onion
-25 cl of fresh cream

Gild the thighs of chicken in the butter. To remove them.
Bleach the onion and put back thighs . To salt, and to pepper and to put the nutmeg.
To pour the fresh cream and let simmer without boiling.
