-rest of chicken
-1 egg
-1 shallot
-1 garlic
-1 deep-frozen puff paste





To take the rests of half a roasted chicken.
To chop the flesh so harvested with the garlic and the shallot.
To salt and to pepper.
To put the parsley.
Well to mix with the egg to make a homogeneous farce.
To spread the puff paste and to put in its centre the farce of chicken.
Well to weld edges. To decorate.

To put in the oven .
