Custard tart in carrots

 

 

Ingredients:

 

-500 gr of carrots
-25 cl of fresh cream
-4 eggs
-salt
-pepper
-nutmeg
-parsley

 

 

 

Carrot

To cook carrots in the water 15 '.
To drain them.
In a bowl, to beat eggs with the fresh cream, to salt
To pepper and to put a little nutmeg .To add the parsley.
To pour this preparation on carrots and mix well.
To put in a mould with cake .To strew of bread-crumbs and butter.

To put in the oven .
