Custard tart of courgettes




-4 courgettes
-1 tomato
-1 clove of garlic
-25 cl of fresh cream
-4 eggs
-100 gr grated of Swiss cheese




Custard tart


To cook courgettes and tomato in the vapor.
In a bowl, to beat 4 eggs with the cream . To salt and to pepper.
In this preparation, to add vegetables and Swiss cheese.
Overturn into a mould with cake
To put in the oven.

Oven 220 °/35 mn

To serve with a coulis of tomatoes
