Ingredients:
-2 eggs
-2 CS cornstarch
-15 cl of fresh cream
-50 gr of French beans
-50 gr of carrots
-50 gr of small peas
-50 gr of cauliflowers
-50 gr of salsify
-salt
-pepper
-nutmeg

To cook all the vegetables in the salt water.
In a salad bowl, to beat eggs with the fresh cream ,
to salt, to pepper
and to put nutmeg .To add the cornstarch
and the vegetables.
To put in the oven.

To serve tepid in first
( I serve this custard tart
in an oval flat and I pour all around a raw tomato
sauce)
