Rabbit in the curry

 

 

Ingredients:

-1/2 rabbit cut in fragments
-1 onion
-1 soupspoon of cornstarch
-1 glass of white wine
-1 glass of water
-1 spoon with cup(cutting) of fresh cream
-100 gr of mushrooms of Paris
-1 soupspoon of curry
-parsley
-salt
-pepper

Gild(bronze) the fragments of rabbit on all the faces in a mixture
Butter / oil. To remove them.
To cook in their place, the onion. When it is transparent, to add the water, the wine,
mushrooms, the curry .To salt and to pepper .
To put back the rabbit and simmer slowly 1 hour.
At the end of one hour, to add the cornstarch and thicken little.
To put the just fresh cream before serving.
