Rabbit in potatoes and lardons

 

 

Ingredients:

-1/2 rabbit cut in fragments
-10 small potatoes
-100 gr of lardons nature
-1/2 glass of white wine
-1 onion
-10 cl of fresh cream
-1/2 glass of water
-1 pinched with spices of Provence
-salt
-pepper

 

Rabbit

 

Return lardons in some olive oil. To add the fragments of rabbit
And the onion. To make to brown 5mn may spray with the wine and the water.
Let simmer during 45 mn.
To peel and to cut the potatoes in cubes .To incorporate in
rabbit and to put back to cook during 30 mn.

To add the fresh cream at the time of serving.
