Ingredients:
-8 average potatoes
-100 gr of smoked stip of bacon
-2 onions
-1 clove of garlic
-20 cl of fresh cream
-1/2 glass of white wine
-1 glass of water
-parsley
-salt
-pepper

In a pot, return stip of bacon without putting
of fat;
When they are gold-coloured, to add onions and garlic cut in small
strips. Let bleach during 5 mn.
To peel and to cut potatoes in district. To add them to the mixture
onions/stip of bacon with the water and the wine; To salt and to
pepper and to cook 30 mn.
When potatoes are cooked, to add the parsley and the fresh
cream.
