Chicken in olives

 

 

Ingredients:

-2 thighs
-2 whites
-2 shallots
-1/2 glass of white wine
-1 glass of water
-1/2 C of cornstarch
-100 gr of green olives

 

 

Chicken in olives

To make to brown the fragments of chicken in some butter; When they are well gilded, to remove them and to cook has the place the shallots cut finely;
To add the white wine and the cornstarch diluted with the water, let thicken and put olives.
To salt and to pepper. To put back the chicken and let cook slowly during 30 /45 ' according to the weight of the fragments.
