Ingredients:
-2 thighs
-2 whites
-2 shallots
-1/2 glass of white wine
-1 glass of water
-1/2 C of cornstarch
-100 gr of green olives

To make to brown the
fragments of chicken in some butter; When they are well gilded,
to remove them and to cook has the place the shallots cut finely;
To add the white wine and the cornstarch diluted with the water,
