Rice in olives




-200 gr of rice
-1 onion
-100 gr of green olives



In a big stove , to put the olive oil.When she is warm, return the cut onion, in small strips.When the onion is gold-coloured, to add the rice and to cover with water.

To carry in boiling. To salt and to pepper . To add olives .

The time of cooking depends on the mark of the rice, but when there is not any more o f water in the stove , the rice is almost cooked!
