Terrine of vegetables




-100 gr of French beans
-1/2 pepper
-2 tomatoes
-2 eggs
-25 cl fresh cream
-50 gr of Swiss cheese



Custard tart of legumes

To cook all the vegetables in the water.
To salt, to pepper.
In a bowl, to beat eggs with the fresh cream. To add the nut of
Nutmeg . To salt and to pepper (a little!!) .To put all the vegetables and the Swiss cheese .

To put in the oven.

Oven 160 °/30 mn.
